City Water Resource Allocation Considering Energy Consumption in Jinan, China

The conflict between urban energy supply and demand is becoming increasingly evident. One aspect that consumes a great deal of this the allocation water resources. This study proposes new scheme for rationally allocating resources considering high levels currently consumed in Jinan city Shandong, China. focus on simultaneously minimizing consumption shortage rates granting priority to public supplies line with predicted all available sources.
